Rex, the major founder of Rex Academy and the Learning & Performance Academy, is committed to offering a broad range of well-known courses that have earned certification from the Skill Development Council Canada. With a remarkable history of delivering thousands of inspirational seminars to major public and private sector organizations in Sri Lanka and around the globe, these academies focus on enhancing learning experiences. Rex holds an MBA and an MSc in HR Management from Asia E University in Malaysia. As an internationally accredited trainer with City Guilds in London, he specializes in NLP and holds a diploma in psychology. Additionally, he is an accomplished author, having published two well-known self-help books, including "Winning Personality" and " අභිමානවත් පෞරුෂත්වය " which are popular in Sri Lanka's major bookstores.
